We are delighted to announce that one of our talented researchers, Dr. Michaela Cooley, was awarded a grant from the Theta Foundation to present her work at the IEEE International Ultrasonic Symposium that took place in Venice, Italy. Michaela recently earned her Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from CWRU. Her research on developing contrast enhanced ultrasound strategies for patient stratification to select better candidates for nanoparticle treatments was recognized by the Theta Foundation.
