Exner Lab presents at RSNA 2022

Dr. Exner joins the RSNA Meeting talking about personalized medicine and ultrasound

The RSNA 2022: Empowering Patients and Partners in Care is the main radiology event worldwide with more than 45.000 physicians, researchers and exhibitors gathering together to discuss the latest updates and technology in diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology and nuclear medicine. The meeting was held in Chicago, IL at the McCormick Place.

Our group was represented by Dr. Agata Exner who talked about Ultrasound Imaging to Personalized Nanomedicine: From Drug-Delivery Free Theranostics to Precision Drug Delivery discussing about the latest research being developed by Michaela Cooley on enhanced permeability and Retention (EPR) effect stratification using CEUS with nanobubbles and also the exciting theranostics results in Dr. Reshani Perera and Dr. Eric Abenojar in preclinical models of prostate cancer using PSMA-targeted nanobubbles.

We also presented our research on Systematic Assessment of Formulations Parameters Affecting Stability of Sclerosing Foams and its implications for image-guided therapeutics on a poster session.

We are looking forward to join RSNA in 2023 with more exciting research!
